We are currently looking for a skilled, experienced customer service representative to help us meet the needs of our growing customer base.

Here’s What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a customer service representative with 3 years of experience. This candidate must be an excellent communicator with attention to detail and the ability to successfully resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, via email, and in person.
Promote and cross-sell propane products, plans, and services to potential and existing customers.
Handle invoicing for propane installation and service jobs with accuracy and attention to detail.
Conduct collection calls professionally, ensuring timely resolution of outstanding payments from customers.

Utilize Excel and other Microsoft Office programs to keep track of annual plan renewals and other data.
Collaborate in scheduling service and installation jobs efficiently, considering customer preferences and operational requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency with QuickBooks.
Act as a team player, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Requirements

3 years experience in customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Strong organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent. (Additional certifications are a bonus).
