What’s the difference between auto-fill and will-call?
With will-call delivery, you are responsible for tracking your propane levels and scheduling all your deliveries. You may also have to wait for a refill (which can be up to 3-5 business days during our busy season!)
With Auto-Fill, you will never have to wait for a propane delivery or pay for a propane delivery again—plus you’re eligible for up to a $0.15/gal discount on your fuel.
How do you know when to fill my tank?
We use remote tank monitoring and inventory tracking software to keep tabs on your fuel levels, so we can efficiently schedule propane delivery when you need it most.
Can the tank monitoring device be used with my underground tank?
Our system works for both aboveground and underground propane tanks. Call or chat with us today to learn more about tank monitors for your propane system.
When will you fill up my tank?
With Auto-Fill, you never have to worry about filling your tank – we take that responsibility off your plate! Our team aims to fill tanks when they’re about 30% full. We also consolidate deliveries to keep costs down for both you and our business, which means that sometimes we’ll fill your tank when it’s 50% full if we’re already in your area and market prices are low.
Will I be notified of delivery ahead of time?
Our friendly customer service representatives can call you prior to your delivery date or we can text you before or after delivery is completed.
Can I sign up for Auto-Fill if I’m signed up for other programs?
