Our Simple Steps Will Have Your Fireplace Working In No Time.

Our step-by-step tutorial, led by our service and installation technician, Jon, will help you easily synchronize your remote to your gas log set. Watch the tutorial below to learn how to resynchronize the remote control:

Hello, I’m Jon Mitchell with Euliss Propane in Liberty, North Carolina. Today we’re going to show you how to sync your remote. There’s times when your remote will become unsynced because the batteries are dead or maybe some interference from another remote. The first thing you need to do is you need to have the remote, the receiver, some batteries, and a ballpoint pen or something with a point to push the receiver button.

First thing you’re going to do is change the batteries because it’s good to have brand new batteries in the receiver when you’re re-syncing it. So once you replace the batteries, you get the receiver, and you hit the learn button. Once you hit that button, you hit any button on your remote, and it’ll give three beeps showing that it’s been re-synced. After that, you should be good to go to use your remote.

Your remote can become unsynced due to dead batteries or interference from another remote.

Before you begin the resyncing process, make sure you have all the necessary supplies. You’ll need:

  • The remote control
  • The receiver box
  • New batteries
  • A ballpoint pen, or something similar

First, change the batteries to your remote control and the receiver box. It’s always good to have fresh batteries when you’re resyncing it!

Then, hit the “Learn” button on the receiver box with the ballpoint pen. Once you hit the “Learn” button, press any button on the remote control. It will give three beeps to show that it has been resynced.

After you hear the beeps, you should be able to use your remote to turn on your gas log set!
