Learn These Key Features Of Your Tank To Operate It With Confidence.

In this video, Jon, our expert lead installation and service technician, will walk you through the three main features of your tank so you can recognize them within your propane system:

Hello, I’m John Mitchell with Euliss Propane in Liberty, North Carolina. Here at Euliss, we want you to be familiar and comfortable with the equipment we provide at your house.

One of the main components of any propane system is a tank, and we want you to be familiar with every component of the tank.

When you open up any propane tank, no matter the size, there is an on/off valve that shuts the gas off in case of an emergency or any concerns you may have. Also under the lid is your gauge. We only fill to 80% to allow for vaporization inside the tank. 80% is full when you get propane delivered.

Tank monitoring technology allows us to see your tank levels in real-time, making us more efficient in making deliveries, thus passing on savings to our customers.

Euliss is here for you with systematic processes and technology to simplify your experience.

Your propane system has three components that you should learn to recognize and operate, should you need to access your tank:

Service Valve: This is an on/off valve on every tank, regardless of size! You can find it when you open the lid of your tank. It shuts off the gas to your system in case of an emergency or any concerns you may have.

Gauge: Also under the lid is your gauge. At Euliss, we fill your tank to 80% full to allow for vaporization inside the tank.

Tank Monitor: This allows us to see your tank levels in real-time. The monitor is a wireless device that attaches to your tank and constantly tracks your usage levels. They help us determine when you need a delivery for a propane refill.
